Patient Participation Group

Each doctor was asked to identify three or more patients from their lists and indicate which group from the list below the patient would represent. Over 35 patients were invited to join the group, and the mixture of patients invited both by formal letter and verbally reflected the diversity of the patients registered at the practice.
