Our support team will ask you some questions about your needs when booking an appointment. This is to ensure that you see the most appropriate member of our medical team.
Our support team have been fully trained and are fully supported by our GP's to ensure you can see or speak to the person who is best placed to help you. This may not always be your GP.
This will ensure that YOU receive:

Urgent Care Clinicians are registered nurses who have completed specific advanced nursing education and training in the diagnosis and management of common as well as complex medical conditions.

Chest Pain (not sudden or severe)

If you need to speak to our Support Team about a possible appointment that day, please phone as early as possible (before 10.30am).
Book Appointments Online
We now offer the facility to order repeat prescriptions, and also book or cancel appointments online. These online services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for your convenience.
To register for Patient Access please email us or phone the practice. To confirm your identity one of our reception team will ask you some security questions. We will then post your access pin to you.
Text (SMS) Messaging
We have a text messaging service which will allow patients to cancel their appointments by text. We will also use this to send you appointment reminders, invitations to annual reviews and test results. If you are not signed up to receive text messages or would prefer not to receive text messages, please speak to a member of our support team.
