Obtain contraception/family planning advice
Emergency contraception is most effective the quicker it is arranged
(within 72 hours) so ask for a same-day appointment or for a doctor to
call you back for advice; if the surgery is closed, then call the
out-of-hours service for advice.
For routine contraception – please make
an appointment with your doctor or Christine Smith (lead nurse). Whatever your age, your
information will always be kept strictly confidential.
