You will be asked for your phone number and location and details
about the patient’s condition. For help with arranging transport
to a hospital appointment – give the details to a receptionist and they
will advise you how to do this or help arrange an ambulance or taxi car
if you are eligible for this. Please give as much notice as
possible.
